Happy CNY!

Is it only me or is CNY this yr quieter compared to normal yrs? hmm.. it feels cny this yr is somewhat rather.. slow moving. hehe. not much of the big hoo ha's we see in streets. I haven't even seen any lion dance performances! how sad is that! its like the big must-have for cny! I remember we had one in college the last cny, and everyone stopped to watch and caused the narrow corridors to be all crowded and stuffed with human smell! hehe. those were the days! :)

Got back from Penang today. Was supposed to come back yest, but decided to spend a night cos there was jam everywhere! Thank god this morning was pretty clear.. at least i thought it was cos i slept thru three quarter of the journey! haha. Well, i've always loved going back to my parent's hometown, esp durin cny! Hmm... maybe cos the ambience is great, so is the food, and of course.. the angpows! hahaha. Not to be greedy, but i do realise that my pockets r emptier this yr :( i wonder why. hehe.

Journey was overall great. Left on the first day, stayed a night at Taiping. Then dropped by Sg.Rotan for some visiting which we do every yr which is totally fun and headed to Penang. Stayed 3 nights. Had the usual penang hawker food which was ok.. I still think KL is no diff to penang food. During cny esp, everyone hikes up all their prices by at least 30% which is still cheap, but of course would be cheaper if its durin normal periods :P my conclusion is, penang food now can be found anywhere in KL. Don't really need to go all the way there just to eat now. hehe. Saves u time, and money too! ;)

Ermm.. besides the ok food, i did manage to visit this mall.. Prangin Mall which is totally like our own kl version of sg. wang. Its so boring!! grrr! most shops sell the same stuff.. and at not very cheap prices. Last yr i managed to visit Queensbay mall.. somethin like our midvalley and one u here. But no point goin the somewhere we can get right here in kl right. hehe.

Hmm.. so yea did the usual stuff la... visit relatives etc etc. My brains not really working now..dont really know what to say. haha. I'm been deprived of sleep for the last few nights! I'm gonna sleep in tmr! :)

Funky February?

Oooh its the 2nd day of february already! 2nd month into a brand new year!!

Looks like i haven't been updating for some time! hehe. Well, my internet modem got struck by lightning so have to wait to get it fix and all. You know la.. malaysian ppl take forever to come! hehe. called them like so many times before the guy finally came! at least its good to go now! ;)
Just a reminder, always always remember to take out the phone cable when its raining!! switching off the internet modem itself isn't enough!! Lesson learnt! :P

Well, the month of february spells.... Chinese New Year!! Yes yes yes.. its only three days away!!!
Its the time to bond, eat till ur hearts content, chill and of course.. how could u miss out.. collecting ang paus!!!! hahaha. rich rich rich!! But its also the worst weather of the year!! Hot and dusty!!! :S

I'll be heading home to my mum and dad's hometown respectively! Taiping on the first day.. spend a night.. then off to penang for 3 days!! hehehe. You know, penang is so full of vibrant during cny especially!! Gurney drive as usual will be jam packed! But, the more the merrier eh? :)

Well, for me cny is the best festival of the year... besides christmas! Its nice to be able to catch up with old relatives and their kids. hehe. well, my cousins that is.

I feel my blog dying slowly! hahaha. i should spice it up with some pics! i will soon!! hehehe. been pretty lazy to come online since the stupid internet broke down. grr!!

anyways will update more interesting stuff soon, i hope.

FREE!!

Endured myself through the super boring 6 hr lecture today! hahaha. finally completed the theory part of driving!! Now i have to wait for about 2 weeks to get my L license. That means i can only start driving after cny! aiyoo so long! hehe. my hands getting itchy already! I did drive a bit today.. like 3 rounds around the circuit! hehe. First time in my entire life!! hahahaha. and the engine died on me like thrice!! stupid clutch!! But its interesting! :)

So with sat, results, everything over.. i'm finally free now. I mean, really free!! hehehe. that feeling just rocks!! :) :)

And so i'm gonna put it to good use, i hope!

I passed my undang test yesterday! hahaha. 47/50! Not bad not bad! :D

Now have to endure the 6 hour car maintainence before i can start to drive!! :S

can't wait to get on the road! hehe!

Hello to you!

I haven't blogged in a while have i? hehe. Anyways, life has been pretty much the same la. Got back from Genting yest for a retreat and i came back, SICK!! Darn! how i hate being sick!! You just feel like u wanna sleep the whole day. Worst still, with a bad throat and a runny nose, and fever!!! I'm so prone to falling sick.. perhaps i should start taking vitamins! hahahahaha. :P

Well, got back our alevels results today. I've got no feelings when i got my results. Not very happy, not very sad either. Oh well, life has to go one. No point fretting. A big big congratulations to those who did well!! You deserve it!! ;)

Hmm i can't wait till this week is over! This week is gonna be the most memorable week of the year! With results day today, undang test on thurs, and SAT on sat.. wow i feel like i've achieved so much! hehehe. Wish me luck!! :D

First month of the new year!

We're halfway through the month of January? So how has the month of January been for you so far? :)

Dropped by the Education Fair at KL Convention Centre yesterday. Apparently its the biggest edu fair in Malaysia. Haha. But it is pretty big. Enquired some stuff and those usual questions la. hehe. Met Mark and Cheok there as well. I can hardly believe that college is actually over. We've all grown up and moved on with life. I still miss everyone.. i miss the company, the place. I can't believe i'm actually saying this.. I actually miss taylors.

Anyways, don't wanna get all emo now and stuff. hehe. I'm currently online at the office. hahaha. Pretty relaxing here.. can get kinda boring too. Best part is i get to come online the whole day! haha. ;)

And and and... I've finally learnt driving!!! hahaha. Sat though the boring undang class last week. Have yet to take the test yet. This part of driving is so boring! i can't wait till i can finally get my hands on the machine! :)

Going to genting next weekend for a seminar. Yay! cold and fresh air! hehe :)

Speaking of which its already mid-jan, results are coming out in a week! :S sigh. im so not looking forward to it. I just have to have faith.

And also SAT exam on the 26th! These two events spoil my new year! hmph! :P

oh well.. i hope u guys are keeping up with ur new yr's resolutions ( if you even have any) and strive to achieve it. At the end of the day, i hope we can all say " i did it"! :)

I'm Old!!

We're 2 days into the year 2008! Sigh. Its the BIG 2-0 for me already!! No more in my teens! When someone asks me my age, i cant say nine-teen.. or eight-teen anymore! I have to say big TWENTY!! No more passing of as a kid! I'm all grown up and matured now! ( at least i should be.. hehe)

Since i'm all grown up.. i'm gonna act more matured!!! There.. another new yr's resolution ;)

2007 was a good year for me! One of the main reasons was that i finally found him!

I didn't really notice him during the first few months. Towards the end of the course, he managed to catch my eye and capture my heart with all the things he'd done ( this is the part where u should go awwwww ) .. from offering to buy medicine and send it all the way for me... to sending me lovely messages, to treating me really nicely, exceptionally, to caring, loving me with all his heart! :D

Baby if you're reading this.. thanks for everything! I love you!! :)
