Fireworks!

Hey guys! i'm back in action after quite some time of disappearance! Bet all of u missed me right! ;)

i've been busy, with exams and all. Sigh. Big Sigh. Had accounting paper on thurs, screwed up BIG time. didn't have enough time to finish, crapped the last 15 mins through cos panicked. Not to mention, i was surrounded by smart ppl, on my right, justin.. on my left, davin.. in front of davin, jolynn. How la! All asking for more papers.. finishing up their final touches and i'm still stuck. SIGH. Don't wanna think about what i'm gonna get. i seriously hope i pass. i haven't failed my whole life, don't wanna do so now. I NEED A PASS!! ( as if ms pun reads my blog. haha) Trials this time .. seriously screwed. Econs paper on monday, and i haven't touched macro! :(

I need a miracle.

Enough about exams and my rants! haha.

Well, very sad to say that although i know i'm gonna screw up, i dont seem to wanna do anything about it. Went out the whole day today. Didn't study, till just now like few pages of econs then i got bored so i'm online. :) Went to midvalley just to go to the digi centre. So stupid la, why can't they open one centre in bangsar! hmph! had to go ALL the way there just to reset my phone. Sucks. Worst thing, my sis lied to me.. said she'll need to go get some stuff. Fine, so i thought oh well, wouldn't take long.. ended up the WHOLE day there till like 7.30pm. Worst of all, came home empty handed!! BUMMER!! Whole day there and all she bought was a friggin watermelon and a piece of roasted chicken! WTH! Was damn pissed at her. :P well my anger doesn't last long anyway! ;)

I was so looking forward to the night where a few of us were supposed to go to Putrajaya to catch the fireworks! My friend said she was gonna come get me at like 7.30pm. So i rushed like mad. She only reached at 8.30pm! Really malaysian timing man. haha. all the rush for nothing. Anyways then we headed to have dinner nearby, left for putrajaya at bout 9.20pm.

We thought we planned our time perfectly. She decided to use the Puchong way to go, cos she was more familiar with it. Unlucky us, it was kinda jammed. So she cut through a few roads here and there..and we thought we were on the right track. We were. We reached Putrajaya, but we got lost in that place itself! how sad man! So in the end, we were late for the fireworks, all we saw was like 2 shots in the air whilst driving! sad man! :( :( All the way for fireworks, all we got was 2 pathetic shots!

Haha. Bummer. I WANNA SEE FIREWORKS!!! :)

Anyway, since we missed it, we decided to console ourselves so we went to the Shangri La Hotel at putrajaya. Super nice place! but sad, nobody really goes cos it looks pretty dead. haha. Then we decided just to drive around to see how putrajaya looks at night.. its darn beautiful!! Ahhh.. so nice to take scenic pics. Nicer if u take ur wedding photos too. hahaha. Super awesome view! Didn't take much pics cos i was lazy .. more of sad cos i didnt' get to see any fireworks! :(

i did take a few, but i'm damn lazy to transfer it over to the comp. another time lah! :)

anyways, on the way, we saw bright lights like everywhere! hahaha. they were having a funfair! LOL. super cool. so we decided to drive in to take a look. Little did we know, that to enter u have to pay. Fine, its 5 bucks. But kid you not, 5 bucks just to enter.. when u go in, for the rides.. u have to buy tokens.. one ride needs like 3 tokens min, and one token is 3 bucks! What a con! Ask them go sell drugs better right! haha. But it was pretty funny la.. hahaha talked about how the government tried turning putrajaya into KL but failed. hahaha. Times like these hardly come by! ;)

Oh oh and one more thing, that convention building where the fireworks competition is being held looks like an alien building! seriously! from far.. it looks like some weird alien spaceship which just landed on earth.. sesat somewhere! with its two laser eyes and tentacles! hahaha. i took a pic of it. will post it up later. super ugly! LOL

In the end, we ended up buying food at the funfair. Haha. We had bubble tea, which pretty sucked. lol. food there is so overpriced too. hehe.

All in all it was a pretty fun night. Great time to get me away from the books and DESTRESS. Yes, thats what all of us need. So if u haven't already gone to putrajaya to check out the amazing structures and views, u should. cos its awesome!!! looks like a different city altogether! Last day for fireworks on sunday! 20 mins long! not bad! go go go! i wanna go again, but i have exams! but i just might! hehe ;)
